Panama Trips
Panama is blessed with the best of many worlds. It boasts over 1,500 tropical islands lined
with tall coconut trees and surrounded by endless miles of coral reef. Panama's snorkeling and diving is even better than even Belize's barrier reef; its islands are out of the hurricaine belt and only recently visited by tourists, so the reef is still in pristine condition. Inland you'll find dense rainforest laced with emerald-green rivers, mountains
wrapped in colossal trees and cloudforests carpeted with dazzling orchids
and lush tropical foliage. The engineering wonder of the Panama canal still pales in comparison to the biodiversity of its vast rainforest watershed, home to hundreds of species of wildlife and birds, including 6 species of primates. Panama is also home to seven native indiginous indian nations, many of which have sucessfully maintained the rich traditions of their culture. There is a saying that in Panama there are 20 Quetzals to every tourist. Is it true? Come see for your self and discover a wildlife dreamland that still belongs to the rainforest and
the sea, not to man; an untamed land that will
touch you with awe and leave you gasping in wonder.

This is THE hidden dive secret of the next 10 years! Our clients rave that one dive in Coiba is like 10 dives anywhere else! From 1910 until 1993 Coiba was a prison colony, and was then made into a 1.1 million acre national park comprising 7 islands, making it one of the most extensive marine preserves in the world. But Coiba is only recently starting to see dive tourism. Because its on the Pacific side, outside of the huricaine belt, and because of the presense of the penal colony, Coiba's reef is amongst the most pristine in the world. So much so that in 2005 it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its remarkable proliferance of rare corals and abundance of marine life. (read more)
